Destiny church exists to experience God, strengthen families and create an atmosphere where dreams become reality through passionate worship, relevant teaching, authentic relationships, driven evangelism, intentional discipleship, and outrageous generosity.
No matter your story or background, there’s a place for you at Destiny Church. We exist to help people take their next step toward God in a welcoming and life-giving community.
From Sunday gatherings to LifeGroups and serving opportunities, we want to help you get connected and grow in your faith. Whether you’re exploring church for the first time or looking for a church home, we’re glad you’re here.
Destiny Church began in 2007 with a simple prayer and a small group gathering in a living room. Pastors Steven and Shannon Morgan felt called to reach broken lives across Middle Tennessee with the hope of Jesus.
What started as a small gathering quickly grew into a thriving church community focused on helping people encounter God and experience life change. Today, Destiny continues to impact families and communities across multiple campuses.
Our vision is centered around Moving People Toward God and building a strong, healthy church that reaches future generations. We believe life change happens through relationships, discipleship, and serving others with purpose.
As Destiny continues to grow, our heart is to see more people discover freedom, find community, and step into their God-given calling. We’re committed to being a church that impacts Middle Tennessee and beyond with the message of Jesus.
It's easy to talk a big game about our church, but when the rubber hits the road, what does Destiny Church actually believe? What are the core truths we stand upon?

We gather in multiple locations around the Southern Middle TN region to glorify God, and have our lives transformed by the power of His Word.
While we certainly hope not, everybody’s a little different and we know it can be awkward or uncomfortable visiting a church for the first time.
That said, you can join us anytime with full confidence that we genuinely care about you and want to make you feel welcome!
Whether you’re dressed in your “Sunday best” or not, we want to make sure that you feel welcome and at home! Our founding pastor often wore shorts and flip-flops at church! Our church is pretty casual in dress and demeanor, so wear what’s comfortable and expect to feel welcomed.
Once a week we gather together to praise God and to hear from His Word. A pastor -or sometimes an elder -will teach a of the Bible, including a relevant way to apply what the Bible says to your daily life. A band leads us in a time of musical worship to Jesus. We like to make room after the teaching for response; while the band plays we have people available to pray with you, or sometimes we’ll take communion together (sharing some juice and crackers, remembering what Jesus did for us).
We genuinely care about you and you’re our valued guest.
We won’t judge you based on outward appearances. We’ve got plenty of tattoos and piercings here at church, and pink hair is totally cool! We love that you’re different and want you to feel welcome to join us!
