Destiny Church considers the nursery to be an important area of ministry for the parent and the child. Our dedicated team will provide a safe and secure environment while you worship. We believe every child we care for is important to God!

Destiny Kids (Ages 5-12)

FAQ

Is this Sunday School?

It is not. This is kid’s church. It is an intentional service dedicated to creating and environment where kids can learn and worship.

What should I expect on my first time visiting?

New guests will be signed in by one of our team members. They will need to get a little info so we can know your child as well as some of your information so we can send you updates on kids events and what your child or children are learning.

What are the ages for destiny kids?

Destiny kids is split into two parts. Childcare 0-3 (downstairs) and Destiny kids (4-12) each grade level has a specific small group they will attend on our destiny kid area.

Do you provide additional resources?

Yes, we use an app called parent cue. You can download it now to get info on all that we’re learning now.

How does the kids service flow?

We start with a little rec time until our 9:00am and 10:45am services begin. This is an opportunity for the kids to connect and try out of our classroom’s functionalities. We begin with small groups where kids will make friends in their grade level, practice our months memory verse and then pray. They we transition to a time if worship whee the kids an have a real encounter with Jesus. Then we do an interactive bible story with our incredible teachers. We end with prayer and then dismissal where you can pick up your kids at our check out station downstairs. Don’t forget to ask your children what they learned.
